Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.

Leather is a natural product; it needs moisture. For proper cleaning, you must first remove the dust with a brush. Then apply uncoloured cream with a cloth to hydrate it and keep its own color tone. Finally, brush it to remove cream traces and give the shoe the shine it deserves.
