Exchanges and returns
Returns for size or model changes are accepted. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. In no case will shipments be accepted with postage due.
In the event of a return without justified cause, the customer will be refunded the purchase amount less the shipping cost.
Returns and order cancellations are not accepted, except in the case that the product has a manufacturing defect.
The product must not be used and will be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and in its original packaging.
The return will be made within a period of no more than 14 days from the receipt of the order by the customer to:

In the event of a return due to a product defect, the refund will be automatically made to the credit card or bank account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the latter.
In no case will shipments be accepted with postage due.

Payment methods and security
Monge Estudio accepts payments made by credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. No other payment methods will be accepted, except those mentioned above.
Monge Estudio will not assume responsibility for delays in the delivery of merchandise resulting from a lack of authorization from the bank.
Monge Estudio reserves the right to hold an order for security reasons. Customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order when we are unable to verify shipping and/or billing information, in the event that this occurs we will notify you.
Purchase guarantee
Monge Estudio aims to display the color and material of its shoes as close to reality as possible. However, these may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.
