Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.

Care

Silk is a delicate natural fibre that requires special care to preserve its softness, fluid drape and natural lustre over time.

We recommend dry cleaning only, or hand washing in cold water using a detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products. Avoid wringing or twisting the garment.

Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight. Iron on a low setting from the reverse side, or use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric and maintain its natural finish.

Store the garment in a cool, dry place, preferably hanging to preserve its shape and drape.
