Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.
As this garment is crafted from natural silk crepe and entirely hand-painted, it requires particularly delicate care. Professional dry cleaning only. Do not hand wash or machine wash.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight in order to preserve the richness and intensity of the pigments. Store the garment in a cool, dry place away from dust and humidity. Ideally, hang it on a padded hanger or carefully fold it using acid-free tissue paper.
