Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.

Suede is a natural material that benefits from regular care. Remove dust and surface dirt using a soft suede brush. For deeper cleaning, use products specifically designed for suede leather. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct heat sources. Allow the shoes to dry naturally and store them in a cool, dry place, preferably with shoe trees to help maintain their shape.
