Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.
Good quality patent leather consists of a layer of leather and a layer of polyurethane on top of it. It is a material that requires specific care because it does not absorb care products. As always, the first thing to do is to remove dust and dirt with a soft cotton cloth dampened in water with a few drops of neutral soap. Then rinse with a cloth dampened in clean water. Finally, to restore its characteristic shine, apply a few drops of glass cleaner to the patent leather with a damp cloth.
