Returns are accepted for size or model changes. In the case of a return due to a size change, Monge Shoes will be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping. Under no circumstances will freight collect shipments be accepted.
First, remove dust with a soft bristle brush. Then, moisten a cloth with water and a few drops of neutral soap and gently rub the entire surface of the shoe in circles. Pass the cloth moistened with clean water again to remove the soap. Allow to dry in the shade and away from heat sources and brush gently again to bring back nubuck´s characteristic silky appearance.
